Hospital Board
The Morrison Community Hospital board of directors provides strategic leadership and governance to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of delivering high-quality, safe, and ethical care to the community. The board sets the hospital’s long-term vision, oversees financial stewardship and regulatory compliance, hires and evaluates the chief executive officer, and establishes policies that guide clinical quality, patient safety, and organizational performance. Acting as fiduciaries, board members represent the interests of patients, staff, and the community by holding leadership accountable, managing risk, and ensuring the hospital remains financially strong, compliant with laws, and responsive to evolving healthcare needs.
